"Light the Night!"A landmark corner is now a place of new beginnings!The Gerhardt Neighborhood Outreach Center (GNOC) is a community revitalization project and ministry on the corner of Goodman and Bay Streets in northeast Rochester, NY sponsored by Joy Community Church (located next door at 890 N Goodman Street) and supported by a growing coalition of churches and collaborative ministry partners.
