Financial and Billing Policy
We're ready to work
with you to help you get the health care you need, regardless of your ability to
pay. This section explains how we manage financial and insurance business.
Primary and Secondary Insurance Information
We'll
need to know complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about whatever health
insurance policies you may have, as well as your commitment to pay for the services
our office will provide. If you don't have health insurance, we may be able to
qualify you for our sliding fee schedule or help you enroll in a subsidized
policy.
