Currently we are scheduling appointments on Monday afternoon and evening, all day Thursday, and the third Saturday of the month. As our office grows, we will be open more days of the week.

Yes. Co-payments are always due at the time of service. There is also a discount for patients without insurance who pay for their visits the same day.

It depends on your particular health policy.

Prescription refills are best handled by calling your pharmacy and having them fax us the information. Often prescriptions run out of refills when a patient has missed their regularly scheduled follow up appointment. If this is the case, click here to use our Online form to request an appointment within a month, and then call your pharmacy and have them fax us requests for the 1-month extensions you need to cover you until your appointment. Thanks!

Note: NYS law prevents us from refilling prescriptions for controlled substances (for pain, ADHD, etc.) without having a "face-to-face encounter" (office visit) with the patient in advance. If you are running out, you will need to make an appointment to have your prescription(s) handled.

We're located in Rochester's NE side, right at the corner of N Goodman and Bay Streets.

From outside the neighborhood, get off the 590 expressway at the Empire Blvd. exit, Turn right on Empire Blvd. (which turns into Clifford Avenue) and go west to N. Goodman Street. Turn left on N. Goodman and go about 5 blocks south to the corner of Bay and Goodman. Our building is on the left, just past the traffic light.
