His Branches, Inc. is a community health center that has been operating
two neighborhood-based clinics for more than 45 years. Located
in Rochester’s 19th Ward and Beechwood communities, we provide primary
medical care and community development for people of all ages.
Funds raised during our inaugural golf tournament will be used to offset
costs related to unreimbursed medical expenses and leveraged
for launching an expansion of our clinic to a third location.
