If our offices are closed and you need medical assistance, please call our 24 hour answering service at 585.235.2250. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others please call 211.

 Preparing for Your Appointment 

When coming to His Branches for your appointment,
please come prepared with the following:

  • A Photo ID 

  • Insurance Card (if you have any type of insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid.)

  • If you don’t have insurance, please bring proof of your household income (a recent check stub or letter from your employer), and cash or check to pay for your visit
