2021 Annual Report

In 2021, our clinic saw a 3% increase in patients served! Our Annual Report is a snapshot of your investment, hard at work, in the lives of these 1,824 people. The report highlights who and where we serve, identifies key partnerships, and celebrates what God has accomplished in our community throughout the year.

Partnerships: Meet John McDonald

Earlier this year, John McDonald (PharmD) of Greater Rochester Consulting Services, began serving as a pharmacy consultant for His Branches. John's oversight allows our team to create immediate access to medications that sometimes take weeks or months for patients to secure. Over the past two months, we have distributed 17 sample units of diabetic medication, at no expense to our patients, so they can start their medication therapy while we work with insurance companies to provide approval for coverage.

Our commitment to removing this barrier by providing medications in a more time sensitive manner, all while providing hands-on training, creates greater patient buy-in for starting and continuing the recommended medication strategy. Every step of this process leads to better outcomes for our patients.

John shares, “ Working with His Branches is significantly necessary; showing patients our commitment to healthier living by providing them early access to medications gives confidence in the early stages of the disease state management and hope for a bright future.

Patient Assistance Fund: Baby Baskets!

As a part of our prenatal program, we’ve been able to leverage your gifts from the Patient Assistance Fund to assemble New Baby Baskets for our expecting mothers. Full of some newborn essentials like burp cloths, diaper cream, baby shampoo, and infant Tylenol this act of love for our littlest patients has resulted in huge appreciation, as families leave their appointment both encouraged and equipped.

Thanks for showing your love for our patients by meeting practical needs!

In The News: Maternal Health

Our focus on maternal health in 2022 continues. In early April, Senator Jeremy Cooney headlined a list of state leaders who visited our office.

Our organization was presented with a year’s supply of blood pressure kits for prenatal patients from the Lian S. Gravelle Center for Maternal Health.

These tools will help our team educate expectant mothers on the importance of tracking and sharing blood pressure results with providers in order to help ensure a reduction

of preventable illnesses such as preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders that if untreated, can lead to complications during pregnancy and delivery as well as long-term postpartum injuries.
