His Branches, Inc. is a community health center that has been operating two neighborhood-based clinics since 1978. Located in Rochester’s 19th Ward and Beechwood communities, we provide essential services including: primary medical care, mental health counseling and community development for people of all ages.
Funds raised during our 2026 golf tournament will be used to puchase medical equipment and supplies for our upcoming new location at Center4Hope. Join us in creating access to longer and healthier lives!
We’re excited to welcome special guest, Ray Mahar from The Local Sound Collaborative, back for a second time to perform live during our happy hour!
