His Branches, Inc. is a community health center that has been operating
two neighborhood-based clinics since 1978. Located
in Rochester’s 19th Ward and Beechwood communities, we provide essential services
including primary medical care, integrated behavioral health, and
community development for people of all ages.

Funds raised during our 2025 golf tournament will be used for operations and
staffing at our upcoming, newly renovated, expanded location in Beechwood!
This new building will house 6 exam rooms and 2 counseling rooms, creating
jobs in the neighborhood and better access to healthcare and mental health
counseling for hundreds more people.
