His Branches, Inc. is a non-profit community health center for all ages with neighborhood-based clinics in the 19th Ward and Beechwood communities in Rochester, NY. Our goal is to remove social and economic barriers to bring hope, healing and restoration to our patients and neighborhoods through primary medical care and community development.

Two children, a girl and a boy, sitting on a medical examination room bed. The girl has braids with beads and is wearing a white shirt with colorful designs and rainbow leggings. The boy is wearing a black T-shirt with a skateboard graphic and shorts, smiling. Both have bandages on their legs, indicating they recently received injections or medical treatment.

As a community health center, our clinic focuses on meeting the needs of Rochester’s urban population including, but not limited to, the underserved, uninsured and publicly insured.
